<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lost key invalidating system for enabling a lost key only to be unusable without causing such a trouble that a user goes back to get an electronic key being not at hand. <P>SOLUTION: A dealer deals with lost key invalidation in such a manner as to validate the key function of an electronic key being at hand and to temporarily invalidate the key function of the electronic key being not at hand.
