<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust disposal device reliably capturing dust included in air to be treated. <P>SOLUTION: This dust disposal device includes: a treatment tank storing a dust capture liquid; and a partition wall partitioning the treatment tank into an air introduction chamber and a dust separation chamber, and including a communication port which connects the air introduction chamber and the dust separation chamber. In the dust disposal device, the air introduction chamber communicates with a dust generation source, and the dust separation chamber communicates with an exhaust means. The dust separation chamber includes a stirring plate for stirring the dust capture liquid flowing in from the air introduction chamber side through the communication port of the partition wall, and the communication port of the partition wall has a straightening means straightening the dust capture liquid flowing into the dust separation chamber from the air introduction chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
