<p>The mask (1) has a flexible carrier material for absorbing fluids. A forehead segment (2), a cheek segment (3) and a neck segment (4) are connected with each other by perforations (5, 6) so that the segments are separated from each other. The segments integrally cover corresponding face regions of a human face, and the cheek segment has a curved contour along one of the perforations and extending in a direction of the forehead segment. The carrier material is made of protein e.g. collagen, gelatin, elastin, keratin, fibroin and albumin. An independent claim is also included for a kit-of-parts combination comprising a face mask.</p> |
