摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a non-normalized steel composite, including carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), sulfur (S), vanadium (V), titanium (Ti), nitrogen (N), and iron (Fe), a connecting rod, manufactured by the same, and a connecting rode manufacturing method, including thermal treatment technology for improving the fatigue strength and yield strength of the connecting rod. More specifically, the composite contains 0.30-0.55 wt% of carbon (C), 0.80-1.20 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.80-1.20 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.06-0.10 wt% of sulfur (S), 0.20-0.35 wt% of vanadium (V), 0.01-0.20 wt% of titanium (Ti), 0.005-0.02 wt% of nitrogen (N), and a residual amount of iron (Fe) and inevitable foreign substances, and therefore, a shank part, receiving the most of the weight of the connecting rod, contains bainite tissue, and combined tissue of perlite tissue with ferrite tissue is formed in big and small end parts, requiring machinability, in order to improve the fatigue strength and yield strength.</p>
