<p>The invention provides a glass plate manufacturing method and a glass plate manufacturing device, which suppress the generation of streaks of a glass plate. The invention provides a glass plate manufacturing method including a stirring process. In the stirring process, a stirring component (2) stirs melt glass (7) in a stirring chamber (1) by taking a shaft component (5) as the rotating shaft.
