Food casing based on cellulose hydrate with nanoparticles

A nutriment/food wrapper contains nano-scale additives and nano-scale particles evenly distributed in a matrix formed by cellulose hydrate. Nano-scale particles are found on a surface or are concentrated on areas in the wrapper near the surface. The nano-scale additives consist of nano-particles, preferably with a dimension between 0.5 and 1000 nm in one dimension. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a nutriment/food wrapper based on cellulose hydrate.
