<p>The pipe section has an insertion part at an end for insertion into a sleeve part of an end of another pipe section. The insertion part comprises a connection region (6) with reduced diameter, in which a clamp element (10) partly rests. The clamp element is extended towards the end of the latter pipe section. The region comprises an outer shoulder over which the clamp element is supported. The region comprises an internal shoulder (9) over which the clamp element is extended. The clamp element partly runs below a defined angle to a wall. An independent claim is also included for a device for connecting pipe sections.</p> |
