摘要 <p>Provided are a flexographic printing plate and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal device by using the same wherein the flexographic printing plate is easily mounted on and separated from a plate cylinder even for a large size, and in addition, due to an excellent flatness of a printing surface when mounted on a surface of a plate cylinder, the flexographic printing plate is proper for printing a liquid crystal alignment layer for a liquid crystal display device, and further, a position on a plate cylinder surface is not easily shifted even with repeated printings. The flexographic printing plate, with respect to a mounting surface of a plate cylinder, is configured to have a roughened surface in which the arithmetic average roughness (Ra) in a roughness curve becomes 0.02μm or more and 0.06μm or less; the maximum height roughness (Rz) becomes 0.25μm or more and 1.60μm or less, and the average roughness, on a 10 point scale, becomes 0.20μm or more and 0.80μm or less. The method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device includes a process of forming a liquid crystal alignment layer for a substrate of a liquid crystal panel through the flexographic printing by using the flexographic printing plate.</p>
