<p>The present invention relates to an online question and answer dialogue completing system and a method thereof. The system includes a server which includes: a database frequent question database which records and maintains at least one complete query; a server interface unit which transmits a candidate group configured to include the complete query related to a user input and an electrical signal to be output to an online chat space in a user terminal through a wired or wireless computer network and receives at least one of the complete queries selected in the candidate group by the user terminal and the user input in the text string format for consultation from the user terminal; an input division unit which divides the user input by using dividers including one or more from the space, a tab, and other characters indicating a blank space as a division unit; and a complete query extracting unit which extracts the complete query related to the user input divided by the input division unit from the frequent question database.</p> |
