The present invention provides a dichroic filter configured to be capable of bending or stretching and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, provides a dichroic filter configured to be capable of controlling light penetration and reflecting bands and a method for manufacturing the same. Provided is the dichroic filter comprising: a substrate capable of bending or/and stretching; a first material layer including a nonorganic formed in a nanostructure on the substrate; and a second material layer including an organic material formed on the first material layer. Therefore, a dichroic band according to an embodiment is capable of controlling a penetration/reflection band according to stretching or bending.
