<p>The utility model aims to provide a glass plate manufacturing device which can manufacture a high-quality glass plate. A glass plate manufacturing method comprises a forming step and a cooling step. The forming step is a step of enabling molten glass (2) to flow down from a forming body (62) to form the glass plate (3). The cooling step comprises the following steps: on one hand, the glass plate is carried downwards through a plurality of pulldown rollers (82a, 82b, 82c, 82d, 82e, 82f and 82g), and on the other hand, the glass plate is cooled. The cooling step comprises a slow cooling step of slowly cooling the glass plate. In the slow cooling step, a plurality of heaters (84a, 84b, 84c, 84d, 84e, 84f and 84g) radiate heat to the surface of the glass plate to provide temperature distribution in the carrying direction of the glass plate for the glass plate. The heaters are separated by heat insulation components (86a, 86b, 86c, 86d, 86e, 86f and 86g) in the carrying direction.
