<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made container having a hole part for a handle in a vicinity of a center of a container body, which can reinforce an annular pinch-off part formed around the hole part, and prevent any breakage of the annular pinch-off part by the impact caused by a water hammer phenomenon. <P>SOLUTION: In the bottomed cylindrical synthetic resin-made container, a container body 1 having a cylindrical mouth part 2, a cylindrical barrel part 4, and a bottom part is formed by the blow-molding method. A hole part 7 passing through a space between a pair of a front wall 4A and a back wall 4B forming the barrel part 4 is formed at the position in a vicinity of the center of the barrel part 4. A pinch-off part 8B is formed in an annular shape in a hole part wall surface 7A forming the hole part 7.
