The present invention relates to an air conditioning device for a vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a rapid reduction phenomena of an entire discharging flow rate of a cool air and a hot air discharged to an indoor space of a vehicle, and to prevent the cool air and the hot air from excessively being discharged to a seat-side portion where a person sits by reducing a rotational speed of a blower during an individual air conditioning mode, enabling amounts of rotational speed reduction to be differentiated from each other in accordance with the rotational speed of the blower. To achieve this purpose, the present invention relates to an individual air conditioning device for a vehicle which has the individual air conditioning mode individually supplying cool air and hot air to only a seat where a person sits, and has a control unit reducing the rotational speed of the blower when the control unit accesses the individual air conditioning mode, enabling the amounts of rotational speed reduction of the blower to be differentiated from each other in accordance with the rotational speed of the blower before the blower accesses the individual air conditioning mode.
