The present invention relates to a continuous heat treatment type waste battery processing apparatus and a method for recollecting valuable metals by using the same. The processing apparatus of the present invention includes: a reaction tank (12) installed in a frame (10); a soundproofing material (14) which is located between an outer side of the reaction tank (12) and an inner side of the frame (10), prevents heat from a heat dissipating body (13) of the reaction tank (12) from be transmitted to the outside, and prevents transmission of noise; a cover (16) which is used to enclose an inner space of the reaction tank (12) from the outside with a seal arranged between the cover (16) and the reaction tank (12); and an insertion hole (18) which makes the inner space of the reaction tank (12) selectively communicate with the outside. An upper end portion of the insertion hole (18) is inclined in a centrifugal direction of the reaction tank (120). In an inlet (20) located on the upper end portion of the insertion hole (18), a gas blocking door (22) is installed to enclose the inner space of the reaction tank (12) from the outside. A state of the gas blocking door is automatically changed from an open state to a closed state. A plurality of gas injection holes (26) and gas discharge holes (24) are formed to penetrate the cover (18). The gas injection holes are arranged to have end portions located at heights different from each other and perform a function of supplying inert gas to the inner space. The gas discharge holes (24) perform a function of discharging harmful gas and dust generated in the inner space.
