<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart terminal device that selects a server or an input device for input of medical records according to the connection state of a communication line such as a LAN, and reliably operates in a desired mode. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic medical chart device has: an electronic medical chart server device 100 having a database; and a terminal device 500 which can transmit/receive data with the server 100 while being connected to the server device 100 via the LAN 60. The terminal device 500 has: a network processing part 201 which establishes connection to the LAN; a storage device 205 including a region for storing the medical records; the input device 203; a display device 202; and a control part 204 which controls the devices. The control part 204 determines the state of the LAN 60 from the state of the network processing part 201, controls an access destination so as to transmit/receive data to/from the server device 100 when the LAN 30 is connected, and controls the access destination so as to transmit/receive data to/from the storage device 205 of the terminal device when the LAN 60 is disconnected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
