<p>Disclosed is a process for producing a mold, the process comprising the following steps (I) to (III): (I) the step of producing a mold main body having a finely roughened structure on the surface; (II) the step of evaluating the performance of an organic release agent by a performance evaluation method for organic release agents; and (III) the step of treating the surface of the mold main body produced in the step (I) with an organic release agent, the performance of which has been rated as good in the step (II). The performance evaluation method for organic release agents comprises mixing an organic release agent with an organic test solvent and determining the performance of the organic release agent on the basis of whether or not the organic release agent is satisfactorily soluble in the organic test solvent.</p> |
