摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the wettability of a solid surface, and the solid surface. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for controlling the wettability of a solid surface, a difference (hysteresis) of forward contact angle and backward contact angle of a droplet adhered to the surface is made to 5°or less by dropping or spin-casting a homopolymer stock solution or copolymer stock solution of silicone or a diluted solution of an amorphous fluorine resin with a fluorine-based solvent onto a solid surface selected from metal, metal oxide film, metal oxide, alloy, semiconductor, polymer, ceramic, glass and quartz followed by heating at 50-180°C for 24-72 hours under a nitrogenous atmosphere having a relative humidity of 5% or less, and removing excessive molecules with an organic solvent, thereby uniformly coating the solid surface with a homopolymer film of silicone or the like.
