The present invention relates to a floating type power generation structure where a power plant is installed. The floating type power generation structure comprises: a fluid storage space disposed on a side wall of the floating type power generation structure, and has a storage capacity of at least a weight of the floating power generation structure; and a ballast tank enabling a floating height of the floating power generation structure to be varied by controlling a water level of the fluid storage tank.
