<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a coating composition of a welding rod, wherein hydrogen gas has been removed from a coating composition of a welding rod to improve the quality and durability of a finished welding rod, the welding quality, and the durability of a welded object in order to prevent a negligent accident. The manufacturing method for a coating composition of a welding rod includes: a grinding process for grinding a raw material into a desired size; a deoxygenation process for removing hydrogen gas included in the raw material powder after grinding; a drying process for drying the raw material from which hydrogen gas has been removed by the deoxygenation process; a re-grinding process for making the mass of the raw material made in the drying process into particles; a checking process for checking whether hydrogen gas remains in the raw material particles or not; and a mixing process for evenly mixing the raw material after the checking process.</p> |
