<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce weight and cost, while relieving a request for dimensional accuracy, by further simplifying a support structure of a seat in a saddle-riding type vehicle such as a motorcycle 1 more than a conventional structure. <P>SOLUTION: A downward projecting engaging projection part (for example, a tongue piece 134) is arranged nearer to the front than the center in the longitudinal direction in a bottom plate 130 of a front seat 13 straddled by an occupant. A support object part (for example, a rubber leg 136) supported by abutting on the vehicle body frame side, is arranged nearer to the rear than the center. A seat bracket 40 is detachably fixed to the vehicle body frame side.
