<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which preferably satisfies users' demands regarding terminal arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillator 1 has: a piezoelectric material 15; a semiconductor component 17 performing signal processing using the piezoelectric material 15; a substrate 3 holding the piezoelectric material 15 and the semiconductor component 17; and multiple terminals 5 disposed on the substrate 3 and connecting with the semiconductor component 17. The multiple terminals 5 includes three selection terminals 5 (5A, 5B, and 5E).
