<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a heating coil drive circuit board or a heating coil in an induction heating cooker equipped with a wide band gap semiconductor in a drive circuit that drives the heating coil. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker including a wide band gap semiconductor 5 comprises a heating coil drive circuit supplying a high frequency current to a heating coil 2, a cooling fan 8 blowing cooling wind and a board case 4 guiding the cooling wind to a heating coil drive circuit board 18 on which the heating coil drive circuit is mounted. The board case 4 includes a duct 71 guiding the cooling wind to a region of the heating coil drive circuit board 18 including the wide band gap semiconductor 5 and a duct 72 guiding the cooling wind to a region of the heating coil drive circuit board 18 not including the wide band gap semiconductor 5. Cooling wind obtained by mixing of the cooling wind blown from the duct 71 and the cooling wind blown from the duct 72 cools the heating coil 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
