<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism-detecting method, by which a target microorganism can accurately be detected in a short time, even when impurities are contained. <P>SOLUTION: The microorganism-detecting method for detecting a target microorganism from a sample is characterized by having an impurity fluorescence color-changing process for changing the fluorescent light color of the impurities for changing the fluorescence color of impurities in the sample into a color different from the fluorescence of the target microorganism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
