A wire fixing device for medical procedures in accordance with the present invention comprises: a first member having a cylindrical body unit, an insertion hole formed to allow a wire to be inserted into one end portion of the body unit, and an escape hole formed to allow the wire to escape into the outer circumference surface of the body unit; and a second member which is coupled to the first member by being fitted on the first member while surrounding the same, wherein the wire having escaped from the outer circumference surface of the body unit is inserted and fixated between the first member and the second member when the first and second members are combined. The body unit may include: a wire accommodation unit having an insertion hole in one side thereof; and a cylindrical insertion unit which is extended from the other side of the wire accommodation unit and has an external diameter smaller than that of the wire accommodation unit and is inserted into the second member when the first and second members are combined. The escape hole can be formed on at least one of the outer circumference surface of the insertion unit or the stepped surface formed on the boundary between the insertion unit and the wire accommodation unit.
