The present invention relates to a split circuit and split device for dividing an integrated circuit device. According to the present invention, the split circuit comprises: a voltage terminal which is connected to an integrated circuit device and to which a certain voltage generated in the integrated circuit device is applied; a voltage detecting part which is connected to the voltage terminal and outputs a specific voltage by lowering the certain voltage to a lower voltage; and a detection control part which is connected to the voltage detecting part and controls whether the certain voltage is outputted.
