<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary display device which has the high reliability of a driving part, can reduce a manufacturing cost thereof, and is greatly suitable as POP supplies. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary display device A1 is equipped with a rotor 1 having a display object E1 attached thereto, and a rotation driving mechanism of the rotor 1. The rotation driving mechanism is equipped with: a worm 3 provided on a motor 2; a worm wheel 4 which is a resinous spur gear; an output gear 5 coupling to the rotor 1, and interlocking to the worm wheel 4; position detecting means of the output gear 5; and motor control means 6 for controlling the motor 2 on the basis of a detection signal of the position detecting means. The motor 2 is inclined so as to keep a parallel state of teeth directions of the worm 3 and the worm wheel 4. The position detecting means is equipped with a cam 16 formed on the output gear 5 and a switch 17 having a contact piece 17A which slide-contacts with the cam 16.
