<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back frame structure for a vehicle using a fiber reinforced composite material. <P>SOLUTION: The seat back frame structure for the vehicle comprises a seat back frame whose main structure is composed of the fiber reinforced composite material and a metallic retractor support bracket, and the retractor is attached to the seat back frame via the retractor support bracket.
