<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing of ultra-clean and high-purity aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution. Industrial grade hydrogen peroxide is filtered by SBA-15 molecular sieve with which the chelator is loaded, and then it is further filtered by a hyperfiltration membrane to obtain the ultra-clean and high-purity aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution. The method provided in the present invention overcomes the problems such as complexity of operation, high energy consumption and high content of impurities in the product, and is suitable for continuous production on a large scale because of its simple equipment, simple operation, low energy consumption and stable quality of the product.</p> |
