<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a resin wherein a fine recess/projection pattern on a metal surface can be highly precisely transferred to a molded article, and productivity and economical efficiency are excellent. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for molding a resin, a fine recess/projection pattern arranged on a metal surface is transferred to a resin surface. The method includes a filling process wherein a carbon dioxide is previously filled in a cavity with a pressure of 1-15 MPa, and a liquid resin dissolved with a carbon dioxide of not less than 0.1 wt.% is filled in the cavity, a length of a minor axis is not more than 3μm when an opening part 11 of a recess of the fine recess/projection pattern on the metal is approximated to an oval, and a ratio of a depth of the recess to the length of the minor axis (the depth of the recess/the length of the minor axis) is 0.5-4.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
