<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toroidal continuously variable transmission capable of restricting the tilting displacement (rocking) of a yoke while reducing the weight of a valve body. <P>SOLUTION: In the toroidal continuously variable transmission, a stopper 200 is separately provided on the valve body 61 (62) constituting a hydraulic cylinder of a driving device, for restricting the rocking of the yoke 23B along with the axial displacement of a trunnion. A material for the stopper 200 is harder than a material for the valve body 61 (62). The cylindrical stopper 200 is coaxially inserted into a circular mounting hole 215 of the valve body 61 (62), and a supporting member 210 supports the stopper 200 at a position eccentric from the center axis of the stopper 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
