<p>An apparatus for processing a moving image including: an acquiring section which acquires moving image data of an object imaged at a predetermined imaging frame rate; an identifying section which applies a predetermined analysis process to the moving image data and identifies a first frame image among a plurality of first frame images and second frame images constituting the moving image data, wherein the first frame images are to be reproduced in slow motion, and the second frame images are frame images other than the first frame images; and a processor which performs a frame-number reduction process to reduce the number of the second frame images at a predetermined ratio.</p> |
