1. A compound of Formula (IIb): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof, wherein
B is alkyl;X is —CH(R9)—;Y is —O—, —S—, —S(═O)—, —S(═O)2—, —N(R9)—, —(═O)—(CHR9)z—, —C(═O)—, —N(R9)—C(═O)NH—, or —N(R9)C(R9)2—;each z is independently 1, 2, 3 or 4;R3 is heterocyclyl, heteroaryl, C2-6alkyl, fluoro, chloro, bromo, iodo, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, heteroaralkyl, heterocyclylalkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl, or R3 is a heteroatom selected from N, S, and O, wherein the heteroatom has a covalent bond, either directly or through a C1-C6 alkyl group, to an aryl, heteroaryl or heterocyclyl; wherein each of the above substituents is optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 R13;R8 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, alkoxy, amino, acyl, acyloxy, sulfonamido, halo, cyano, hydroxy, or nitro;each R9 is independently alkyl, hydrogen, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl or heteroalkyl;Wd is wherein A is N;
R10, R11, and R12 are independently hydrogen, amino, cyano, alkyl, heteroalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, alkoxy, heterocyclyloxy, amido, acyl, acyloxy, sulfonamido, halo, hydroxy, nitro, phosphate, urea, carbonate, or NR′R″ wherein R′ and R″ are taken together with nitrogen to form a cyclic moiety, andR13 is independently hydrogen, amino, cyano, alkyl, heteroalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, alkoxy, heterocyclyloxy, amido, acyl, acyloxy, sulfonamido, halo, hydroxy, nitro, phosphate, urea, carbonate, oxo, or NR′R″ wherein R′ and R″ are taken together with nitrogen to form a cyclic moiety. |
