<p>The present invention refers to a refillable pen (10) having a rear sealing cap (40) which is easily removed so as to refill the pen. The rear cap (40) comprises a signal portion (44) and a threaded portion (45), which cooperate respectively with a sealing portion (24) and a threading portion (25) located onto the pen body surface (20), thereby forming a threaded closure and an hermetic barrier. The threaded closure may open and close the rear portion of the pen (50) without an excessive force, the hermetic barrier providing a suitable seal to the rear portion (509 of the pen (10). The present invention is also related to a refillable pen (10) which provides an improved ink refill system. The rear portion of the ink storing element (30) is housed within an insert portion (42) so that the ink storing element (30) and the cap (40) are simultaneously removed.</p> |
