<p>A stem release tool for freeing stuck valves is attached to the top of the valve and provides a conduit for pressurized injection of penetrating fluid into the stem and valve seal area to free the valve. The tool is equipped with handles, which are used to rotate and free the valve. A method for using such a tool is also provided.</p> |
