Novelty: an arrangement meant for the separation of plastic products produced by a plastics injection machine from the plastic frame enclosing said products is disclosed. Composition: a work table 1 having at one end mould 2 for the production of the plastic item 3α which is enclosed by the plastic frame 3β which is initially a channel feeding the mould with the raw plastic material; a separation plate 7 is set at the other end of the work table, which plate bears the reception cavity of the plastic frame 3β and a digital step electric motor 5 having the toothed wheel 6α adapted to the end of its shaft which sets into motion a toothed ruler 6 which, being connected to the separation plate 7, urges this last to move from the calm position (next to the step motor 5) to the working position (over the production mould 2) and then to its calm position where, the unmolding mechanism is actuated , via the air piston 8, in order to remove from the mould the plastic frame 3β, the separation plate 7 being again ready to start a new working cycle. |
