According to the present invention, a downwind wind power generating apparatus having a bent blade tip includes: a tower (10); a nacelle placed at the top of the tower (10) to be supported; a hub (20) joined to the nacelle; a rotary shaft (30) of which one side is joined to the inside of the nacelle to be rotated and the other side is fastened to the hub (20); and a blade structure (40) placed on the outer circumference of the hub (20) at predetermined intervals. The tip making up the outer side of the blade structure (40) is bent. The blade tip is bent in the rotation direction of the blade or in the opposite direction, thereby reducing noise.
