<p>The invention provides a prefabricated floor element (1) comprising a structural part (2) of concrete, which comprises a cover layer (4) at the upper side of the floor element as well as at least one rib (5) adjacent to the bottom side of the cover layer. The cover layer (4) and the at least one rib (5) together form an integral part of poured concrete. The floor element further comprises an insulating part (3) of plastic material adjacent to the bottom side of the structural part (2), which insulation part (3) extends beside the at least one rib (5) as well as under the at least one rib (5), wherein the bottom side of the insulating part (3) forms the bottom side of the floor element (1). The insulating part (3) comprises at least two insulation parts, each of a plastic material, wherein the coefficients of thermal conductivity of the respective plastic materials of the at least two insulation parts are different from each other and are in any case lower than 0.08 W/mK. The at least two insulation parts comprise at least one first insulation part (13, 17) of a first material and a second insulation part (11) of a second plastic material, wherein the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the first material is smaller than the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the second material. The first insulation part (13, 17) extends at least in part directly under the at least one rib (5). The invention also provides an insulating part (3) for use in a floor element (1) according to the invention as well as a method for producing an insulating part (3) according to the invention by means of a mould (21).</p> |
