PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin nascent collagen increasing agent which increases a skin nascent collagen compared with when a collagen peptide is contained only, to provide a method for producing food and drinks comprising this, and to provide a method for increasing a skin nascent collagen.SOLUTION: A skin nascent collagen increasing agent contains a collagen peptide and a peptide satisfying the following (A)-(D), and increases a skin nascent collagen compared with when a collagen peptide is only contained. (A) A degree of separation is 5 or more to 40 or less; (B) an average molecular weight is 200 or more to 6000 or less; (C) an amount of hydrogen sulfide is 2 ppm or less; and (D) an amino acid score is 80 or more.
