摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device capable of reducing variation in an oscillation frequency of a crystal element.SOLUTION: The crystal device comprises: a substrate; an electrode pad formed on an upper surface of the substrate; at least one bump formed on the electrode pad; a crystal element 120 including a crystal blank 121, oscillating electrodes 122 formed on upper and lower surfaces of the crystal blank 121 and a pair of extraction electrodes 123 formed on the lower surface of the crystal blank 121 with a gap from the oscillating electrodes 122 and mounted on the electrode pad 111 through conductive adhesive 140; through holes 124 formed on the extraction electrodes 123 so as to be pierced into the crystal blank 121; the conductive adhesive 140 applied to the upper surface of the electrode pad 111 and the insides of the through holes 124 so as to be applied to the bump 114; and a sealing lid 130 for airtightly sealing the crystal element 120.</p>
