PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drivability and suppress loss to minimum by predicting operation state of a vehicle which includes start or stop for controlling a step-up converter.SOLUTION: A control device for a battery includes a step-up converter 600 which steps up a voltage of a high voltage battery 500 and applies it to a drive motor 800, a control device 200 which obtains and analyzes image information for the outside of a vehicle that is obtained by imaging, and a control device 400 which, based on environment information about the outside of the vehicle that is obtained by analyzing the image information, predicts operation state of the vehicle that includes start or stop, and based on the predicted operation state, controls stepping up of a step-up part. |
