PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin condition sensor capable of making variations smaller than ever before in evaluating a moisturizing state of skin, and to provide a skin moisturizing state evaluation method using the same.SOLUTION: In a skin condition sensor 10 according to the invention, a first contact terminal 23A connected to one electrode of a power source 12 through a first resistor 16 and a second contact terminal 23B connected to the other electrode of the power source 12 are held in a state of being separated at regular intervals. The sensor 10 detects a substitute value for a capacitance value C1 of a capacitance component 92 varying according to a moisturizing state of skin 91, on the basis of a step response of inter-terminal voltage V4 of the first and second contact terminals 23A and 23B when the power source 12 outputs step voltage by bringing the first and second contact terminals 23A and 23B into contact with the skin 91. |
