A distance D1 from a connection position 113C of the connection surface 113 connected to the first reflection surface 111A to an intersecting line L of extended surfaces A, B of the first and second reflection surfaces 111A and 111B is larger than a distance D2 from a connection position 113D of the connection surface 113 connected to the second reflection surface 111B to the intersecting line L.</p> |
