PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning signal receiver that can surely perform positioning with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A positioning signal receiver 10 according to the present invention comprises a C/No calculation unit 13, an angle of elevation calculation unit 14, and a computation parameter setting unit 15. The C/No calculation unit 13 is configured to calculate a C/No of a reception signal obtained by receiving a positioning signal transmitted from a positioning satellite. The angle of elevation calculation unit 14 is configured to calculate an angle of elevation of the positioning satellite which is a transmission source of the reception signal. The computation parameter setting unit 15 is configured to set a computation parameter for use in positioning computation on the basis of a degree of matching of a relationship between the C/No of the reception signal and the angle of elevation with respect to a relationship between a prescribed C/No and the angle of elevation.
