<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing integration type check valve in which a metal hull body is formed by casting a hull original form mounted with the characteristic shape portion of the hull body with casting mold and performing efficient cutting.SOLUTION: In a packing integration type check valve, a hull body 1 constituting a valve seat storage part, the slide support part of a valve shaft 21 and a support pillar connecting them is made into a hull original casting cast with casting mold; the axial core part or the like of the hull original casting is subjected to cutting by an efficient processor, such as a lathe, to thereby form a hull; and a flange skeleton in which a gasket 13b is fitted to a flange is screwed into an opening end part, and fixed with caulking or the like.</p> |
