PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the lowering of the durability of a secondary pulley when pulled.SOLUTION: A hydraulic control device of a continuously variable transmission comprises: an oil pump 51 which can be driven by using either of an output torque of a power source and a rotational torque of a drive wheel; a line pressure regulating valve 61 which outputs a regulated line pressure which is obtained by regulating the hydraulic pressure of working oil discharged by the oil pump 51 to an original pressure; and a belt holding pressure regulating valve 63 which outputs a regulated belt holding pressure which is obtained by regulating the line pressure outputted by the line pressure regulating valve 61 to the original pressure, and supplies the belt holding pressure to a working oil chamber of a secondary pulley 32; and a changeover valve 70 which is arranged on a route of the oil passage between the belt holding pressure regulating valve 63 and the working oil chamber, supplies the belt holding pressure to the working oil chamber at valve-opening, and blocks the supply of the belt holding pressure to the working oil chamber at valve-closing. The changeover valve 70 is valve-opened when the line pressure is higher than the belt holding pressure, and valve-closed when the line pressure is equal to the belt holding pressure.
|
