<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer member capable of simplifying a structure of a molding die and at the same time assuring a non-linear spring characteristic.SOLUTION: A center hole 22 through which a rod 6 is inserted and passed is formed through a holding member 20 composed of rubber resilient material, in the axial direction. A spring member 30 is composed of resilient foam, a base end side thereof is held by the holding member 20, and at the same time a through hole 34 through which the rod 6 is inserted and passed is formed through the spring member, in the axial direction. Since a buffer member 10 provided with the holding member 20 and the spring member 30 is internally installed in a cylinder 7 under a state in which it is non-contacted with the rod 6 and the hard cylinder 7, it is possible to simplify a structure of a molding die for molding the holding member 20 as compared with the case in which the holding member 20 is vulcanization-adhered to the cylinder 7 in simultaneous with the vulcanization-molding. In addition, a non-linear spring characteristic can be assured by the holding member 20 and the spring member 30.</p> |
