Provided in the present invention is a method for forming a dual-layer composite materail. The method comprises the steps of: coating a barrier-film layer-forming material on the surface of a porous scaffold layer to form a dual-layer intermediate product; and drying the dual layer intermediate product to from a dual-layer composite material including the porous scaffold layer and the barrier film layer, wherein the porous scaffold layer and the barrier film layer are separated from each other.
