<p>The present invention has a purpose to provide a tip cover for a temple having a cushion function and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the tip cover for a temple having a cushion function is configured in a method such that: a cushion member is formed by combining a tip connecting member and a cushion member having different material of synthetic resins and forming an air bag made of soft synthetic resins in the inner side and a lower part of a tip connecting member; the tip connecting member is injected with hard synthetic resins when configuring the tip cover; the cushion member with the air bag made of soft synthetic resins is projected once more together with the tip connecting member, thereby manufacturing the tip cover for a temple having a cushion function. According to the present invention, the tip cover for a temple having a cushion function has an improved cushion function since the tip connecting member is made of hard synthetic resins and the cushion member is made of soft synthetic resins, high quality glasses with comfortable wearing can be provided since the air bag is formed at various positions, and durability and cushion function of the top cover can be maximized since the tip connecting member to combine the temple tip with hard synthetic resins is injected and then the cushion member is injected using soft synthetic resins together with the tip connecting member.</p> |
