PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load power estimation device capable of enhancing accuracy of estimation of load power under a load.SOLUTION: A load power estimation device 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention, which has a size corresponding to magnitude of output power from a private power supply 7, comprises: a signal injecting section 10 that injects an inter-order harmonic signal having a frequency which is non-integer multiple of a fundamental wave synchronized with a fundamental wave of a power system 2 to the power system 2; a received power calculating section 30 that determines received power on the basis of received voltages and received currents at a power receiving point 5a for a user 5; a signal extracting section 11 that extracts an inter-order harmonic signal at the power receiving point 5a; a private power calculating section 12 that determines output power from the private power supply 7 on the basis of the extracted inter-order harmonic signal; and a load power calculating section 40 that determines load power under a load 6 on the basis of the received power determined by the received power calculating section 30 and the output power from the private power supply 7 determined by the private power calculating section 12. |
