PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle drive system capable of correctly acquiring occurrence of an excess slip regardless of a drive state.SOLUTION: A vehicle drive system comprises: a front wheel rotation state amount acquisition part; a rear wheel rotation state amount acquisition part; and a slip acquisition part 61. The slip acquisition part 61 comprises: a first slip acquisition part 611 for acquiring occurrence of an excess slip which is equal to or more than a prescribed slip on front wheels Wf, Wf on the basis of a rotation state amount of the front wheels Wf, Wf; a second slip acquisition part 612 for acquiring occurrence of an excess slip which is equal to or more than a prescribed slip on rear wheels Wr(RWr, LWr) on the basis of a rotation state amount of the rear wheels Wr (RWr, LWr); and a third slip acquisition part 613 for acquiring occurrence of an excess slip which is equal to or more than a prescribed slip on the front wheels Wf, Wf or rear wheels Wr (RWr, LWr) on the basis of the rotation state amount of the front wheels Wf, Wf and rotation state amount of the rear wheels Wr (RWr, LWr). |
